First Baptist Church Wagener is accepting applications for the following positions at our childcare center. We are seeking qualified individuals who are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment for children while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Childcare Center Director
We are seeking a qualified and Christ-centered individual to serve as the Director of our Daycare Center. This is a full-time leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center while providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children.
The Director will supervise staff, manage enrollment and administrative responsibilities, ensure compliance with all applicable South Carolina Department of Social Services (SC DSS) childcare regulations, maintain positive relationships with families, and provide leadership in the ongoing development of the program.
Qualifications
• Meet all SC DSS qualifications for a Childcare Center Director.
• Be eligible to pass all required state and federal background screenings and other employment requirements.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
• Have a heart for children and a commitment to providing high-quality childcare.
• Be a committed follower of Jesus Christ.
• Affirm and support the beliefs and vision of First Baptist Church Wagener.
• Be willing to serve in a Christ-centered ministry environment.
